Ryan Matusiewicz
Head Golf Professional, PGA Associate, Certified Callaway Club Fitter
Bio: Ryan Matusiewicz serves as the Head Golf Professional at The Poconos Club, where he oversees all aspects of golf operations while helping lead the continued growth and revitalization of the club. With a strong background in golf management, instruction, merchandising, and tournament operations, Ryan brings a modern and service-focused approach to the member and guest experience.
Ryan is especially passionate about player development and instruction, working with golfers of all ages and skill levels through private lessons, clinics, and junior golf programs. His teaching philosophy focuses on creating a welcoming and enjoyable learning environment while helping players build confidence and improve their game.
In addition to his teaching background, Ryan has extensive experience in golf operations management, including staff training, tee sheet management, pace of play, tournament administration, merchandising, and customer service. He is also a certified Callaway Club Fitter and a PGA Associate, allowing him to provide golfers with personalized equipment fittings designed to maximize performance on the course.
Prior to joining The Poconos Club, Ryan held golf management positions at several clubs throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania, where he established a proven track record of increasing rounds, growing revenue, and improving operational systems and member experiences.
